Boreas Tunnellling is recruiting French-speaking TBM Plant Managers

Boreas Tunnelling is gearing up for a major upcoming project and we are looking for a top-tier TBM Plant Manager who truly understands the machine — not just on paper, but in real-life operations.

This role requires someone who can take full ownership of the TBM plant, drive performance, and confidently lead technical teams in French on site.

We are not looking for average. We are looking for someone who:

• Knows TBM systems inside out

• Has proven experience managing plant operations on major projects

• Can lead, decide, and deliver under pressure

• Is fluent in French (mandatory)

You will be part of a project where performance, safety, and delivery actually matter — no room for passengers.
