Segment Factory QC Manager (Boreas Tunnelling)

Boreas Tunnelling is hiring an experienced Segment Factory QC Manager to supervise and elevate quality across precast segment production for a major tunnelling project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC for precast segment manufacturing (ITPs, inspections, testing, documentation).

• Manage NCRs, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

• Coordinate with production, engineering, and client reps to ensure compliance and on-time output.

• Maintain dimensional control, traceability, and concrete mix/lab records in line with ISO 9001 and applicable standards.

• Coach QA/QC technicians; drive continuous improvement and HSE alignment.

Requirements

• Philippine citizen.

• Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 5+ years QA/QC in precast concrete; segment factory/TBM experience is a strong plus.

• Solid grasp of ITPs, concrete testing, dimensional checks, and documentation control.

• Confident communicator in English; leadership mindset; willing to work shifts as required.
